New Delhi Hotel Supplies and Food Expo (AAHAR) is the largest hotel supplies and food exhibition in India and South Asia. It is jointly organized by the Ministry of Food Processing Industry of India (MFPI), the Agricultural Food Processing and Export Development Agency (APEDA) and the Indian Hotel Service Industry Federation (ARCHI).
The last AAHAR New Delhi Hotel Supplies and Food Fair had a total area of 70000 square meters, with 1200 exhibitors from China, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Türkiye, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc., and 53000 participants.
