The causes and treatment measures for the shutdown of the new energy electric air conditioning scroll compressor caused by overheating are as follows:
1. Insufficient or excessive refrigerant, please fill the leak and vacuum, add enough refrigerant or discharge excess refrigerant.
2. The thin tube assembly (including filter) is blocked and the suction temperature rises. Please replace the capillary tube assembly.
3. The expansion valve is out of step and constitutes a malfunction. It should be renewed after confirmation of damage.
4. The electric compressor itself has faults, such as short circuit, open circuit, contact with the housing and ground, etc. Replace the compressor after inspection and confirmation.
5. The condenser is poorly ventilated or has a short airflow. Please remove obstacles outside the room and clean the condenser.
