Characteristics and applications of ceramic heaters

Ceramic electric heaters are highly efficient and uniformly distribute heat. They are widely used in high-temperature heating furnaces, semiconductor engineering, glass, ceramic, and electrical wiring projects.

Ceramic electric heaters are available in coil and plate shapes. They are reliable, long-lasting, durable, and energy-efficient. They offer advantages such as easy installation, high-temperature resistance, fast heat transfer, excellent insulation, and are manufactured regardless of model or size. The wiring method can be customized according to user needs, with voltages ranging from 36V, 110V, 180V, 220V, and 380V, and the maximum power load is 6.5W per square meter. Compared with traditional electric heaters, energy consumption can be reduced by 30%.
