Specification for baking process of high temperature box furnace lining

Before the high-temperature box furnace is energized for baking, the furnace lining should be baked for 12 hours with a charcoal brazier. The energized baking process is as follows:

Open the furnace door at 100～250ºC×15～20h and 250～350ºC×8～10h

350～600ºC×8h and 600～800ºC×3h close the high temperature box furnace door

After the above requirements are met, heating is performed at a heating rate of 100ºC every 20 minutes until the maximum operating temperature.
